This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. PixelForge Studio is a small studio, and we keep this simple on purpose.
What we collect
The only information we collect through this website is what you type into the mockup request form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name and business type
- Anything you choose to write in the project details field
- Which service you asked about (for example, the website package or a web app)
If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you include in that email.
Why we collect it
For one reason: to respond to your request. We use your details to reply to you, prepare your free homepage mockup, and — only if you decide to hire us — to run your project and send invoices. We do not use form submissions for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles from them.
How the form reaches us
Form submissions are delivered to our email inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service. When you submit the form, your entries pass through FormSubmit's servers so the message can reach us. If you'd rather not use the form, you can always email us directly at pixelforgestudiony@proton.me instead.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or trade your information.
- We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never send marketing email to people who only asked us a question.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical logs — such as IP addresses and browser information — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we're in conversation or working together, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
